With our one year anniversary fast approaching, we are so very proud to be having our first two trainees graduate with their Certificate II in Retail Baking assistance!
This marks one whole year operating as a successful social enterprise. We work to expand employment pathways for our trainees while supplying handmade artisan bread to Sydney food lovers, reinvesting 100% of our profits back into baker training.
