Centre Manager - Greenwood Penrith

“My goal is to inspire children to become inquisitive and lead their own learning journeys by nurturing their natural desire to learn and explore.”

I have been working in Early Education since 2005. As a Centre Manager, I am passionate about creating a safe and respectful environment where children can develop their sense of self and place within the community. I believe it's vital for educators to feel empowered to deliver high-quality education and build lasting bonds with children and families.

Throughout my career, I have learned the importance of fostering a lifelong love for learning, resilience, self-awareness, environmental consciousness, and social-emotional intelligence in children. My goal is to inspire children to become inquisitive and lead their own learning journeys by nurturing their natural desire to learn and explore.

Quality early childhood education provides children with opportunities to form friendships, develop independence, and acquire the skills necessary for a successful transition to primary school. Our team at Greenwood Penrith is passionate, motivated, and skilled at guiding children's learning. We build strong relationships with families through 'stay and play' sessions before a child’s first day. We maintain regular communication and host events to help families connect and engage with the learning experiences at Greenwood Penrith.
