Centre Manager Bio
Hello, my name is Hayley and I am the Centre Manager for Greenwood Penrith. In addition to eight years experience working in Early Childhood, I hold a Diploma in Children’s Services. My experience extends from Long Day Care, Out of School Hours Care through to Family Day Care. I have enjoyed working across various services to provide high quality care and education for children and I look forward to meeting you and getting to know your family.
At Greenwood, our aim is to provide an enriched learning environment that caters to the needs, abilities and interests of all children. We have a genuine interest in providing quality care and education for children aged 0-5 with a focus on building reciprocal relationships with our families.
The educators at Greenwood actively support children’s education through open-ended learning environments. We encourage children to lead their own play, with educators implementing intentional teaching strategies to support the achievement of developmental outcomes and learning new skills.
I value a homely, natural and flexible environment as I believe this plays a huge role in healthy brain stimulation and promotes positive experiences for children. I have many favourite parts of my career, however the thing that stands out the most is the relationships I get to build with children and families. Even the smallest conversations can be quite meaningful, and a solid partnership between you and the educators and staffing team at Greenwood is what we work hard to achieve.
Please feel feel to call or email to find out more about our service, arrange for a tour of our brand new purpose built facilities and meet our lovely team.
