Our early education and child care centre in Burwood East is ideally located for families living in or commuting through Burwood East, Glen Waverley, Mount Waverley, Vermont South, Wantirna South and Blackburn South. You can find us in the Tally Ho Business Park, which is just down the road from The Glen Shopping Centre.
As soon as you step foot into our child care centre, you’ll be immersed in a world where children are encouraged to explore and grow. Our adventure-filled playgrounds which span over two levels and include sandpits, cubby houses, rainbow bike tracks, vegetable gardens, natural trees where this overlooks a small rumbling waterfall and pond just outside of our centre.
Children are provided time and space for uninterrupted play as they explore the outdoors to test their limits and develop strength, balance, and self-confidence. Being outside supports children’s overall health and wellbeing.
Our indoor spaces invite exploration with quality resources and learning experiences. Children wonder, create, and test out their ideas as they play with a range of materials in purposeful play spaces. Our experienced educators plan play-based learning experiences around children’s interests and learning goals. Literacy and numeracy concepts are embedded in play-based learning, as children engage as architects, storytellers, scientists, artists, and designers.
There’s no need for you to worry about packing lunches or snacks. Healthy, freshly made meals and snacks are created daily by our in-house cook, catering for all dietary requirements. Shared mealtimes between children and educators strengthen relationships, with opportunities to share stories and experiences, and model healthy eating practices. To help you get ready for the busy morning routine let us treat you to a snack and coffee, available to grab and go for our families.
Your child will have access to a rotating schedule of engaging specialised programs, including music, movement and science programs. These fun and engaging programs enhance the daily program.
