Centre Highlights

Spacious and resource-rich environments

Our child care centre in Gladesville is designed to be a home away from home that encourages every child’s exploration. We have large, bright and airy indoor spaces including an interactive whiteboard in our Science & Technology room.

In our Gladesville child care centre, each learning space extends onto our beautiful outdoor environment, which encourages endless opportunities for play! Our outdoor environments include cubby houses, sandpits and a secret garden all contained in a secure mezzanine floored Centre. We have covered indoor/outdoor play areas that can be accessed in all weather. Our vegetable garden is filled with edible plants, herbs and fruit trees.

Dedicated and experienced team of educators

Our team of passionate educators make up the heart of our Gladesville early learning centre. We know each child has unique talents and interests. Our experienced educators are passionate about helping every child succeed in discovering their identity and become confident, happy, and resilient learners.

Play-based curriculum  and community engagement

At our Gladesville child care centre, our experienced team of educators and teachers plan play-based learning activities in line with national standards. The Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) is designed to engage in your child’s interests and allow them to experience each day in a new way, supporting their learning in the lead-up to primary school.

Our Early Learning Curriculum also provides children with:

  • Real Life experiences: Children participate in fun and exciting experiences such as woodworking, harvesting the veggie garden and basic cooking skills.
  • Sustainability Program: Each age group in our child care centre participates in a sustainability project that help children embed sustainable practices into everyday life. Children learn about recycling, conserving water, growing food and the importance of looking after and protecting our planet.
  • Movement program: Our movement programs have been designed to help develop fundamental skills that help support children’s self-regulation, memory, and concentration.
  • Community engagement activities: Our child care centre often has visits from local community members in Gladesville, including the Dentist, vision eye testing, our local emergency services and speech pathologists, to help familiarise the children with their local community. We also enjoy excursions to Bunnings as well as the Ryde Aquatic Centre.
Healthy and delicious seasonal meals prepared on site

Our Gladesville early learning centre provides children with nutrient-rich, fresh and seasonal foods created to please even the fussiest of eaters. Our vegetables are fresh from the market and our meat comes from our local farmer/butcher. All our meat is Halal and free from additives. For variety, our Munch and Move approved menu rotates and changes regularly, with our chef catering to the unique dietary requirements of every child.
